MDT75C121,MDT75C122 编码IC,兼容HT12F,HT12D1. General Description
This MDT75C121 ENCODER is using CMOS technology. They are capable of encoding information
which consists of N address bits and 12-N data bits. Each address/data input can be set to 0 or 1 logic
states.
2. Features
CMOS technology.
Low standby current : less than 1.0 uA.
The range of Operating Voltage : VDD = 3.5V ~ 13V.
Minimum transmission waveform are 4 words.
Built-in oscillator need external resistor.
